Network Infrastructure

Cabinets, switching and comms rooms built as the foundation everything else on the site depends on.

Overview

Comms rooms tend to accumulate rather than get designed. Equipment is added where there is space, cabling is patched wherever there is a free port, and eventually nobody is willing to touch anything.

We build and rebuild network infrastructure properly — cabinets sized with room to grow, power and cooling considered, patching dressed and labelled, and a record of what is connected to what.

Not sure what you need?

Describe the property and what has gone wrong before. A short conversation usually settles whether a site visit is the right next step.

Why it matters

What you get from doing this properly.

01

Work you can safely change

A labelled, dressed cabinet means future changes take minutes and carry no risk of unplugging the wrong thing.

02

Sized for growth

Cabinets, switching and patching are specified with spare capacity so expansion does not mean starting again.

03

Stable operating conditions

Ventilation, cable routing and power distribution are planned so equipment runs within its intended environment.

04

Documented

You are left with a record of the installation rather than depending on whoever happened to build it.

How we work

Five steps, in the same order every time.

A deliberately unremarkable process. Most of the problems we are asked to fix come from skipping one of these stages.
  1. ConsultationWe start by understanding the problem rather than quoting equipment.
  2. Site AssessmentNothing is specified until the building has been looked at properly.
  3. Solution DesignA specification you can read, understand and compare.
  4. InstallationCareful work, clean site, minimal disruption.
  5. Support & MaintenanceHandover, then an ongoing relationship rather than a closed job.

Next step

Talk to us about network infrastructure.

Tell us about the property and what you are trying to achieve. For anything beyond a very small job we will arrange a site visit, because specifying equipment without seeing the building rarely produces an accurate price.
